Welcome to the museum. Let me give you a few instructions. Your school requested a detailed presentation at the modern art exhibition. So we'll do that together after you have looked at the ancient artifacts show on your own. The natural history display is being updated at the moment and is not open to visitors. It's 10 o' clock. We should be finished with the first part of your visit before 12. At that time you can enjoy a simple snack in the museum's yard. After that, you have a special presentation in the theatre. All students must attend. There's a Q and A afterwards if you want to know more. For those interested in interactive experiences, the virtual reality exhibition is available from 2pm. This has to be booked online, so I suggest you do that during the break. The headsets will be provided. And I hope you're wearing light clothes. It can get quite hot. A guided tour of the museum garden is open to all from 3pm and doesn't require registration. It's a great opportunity to learn about historical landscaping techniques. At the same time, you can attend an art restoration workshop. Also, you can listen to a lecture by a history teacher and get extra points for that. Finally, remember that the museum closes at 6pm. You are expected to participate in the activities until 4pm at least. The cafe and gift shop close an hour later, so make sure you visit them before they shut.
