Can you spot a liar? Unfortunately, liars are deceptive so we must find a way to identify .
When people lie to you, you get the feeling that something is not right. This is your first and best sign . But also, there are some body language clues that will help you.
Liars blink less frequently, as if they need to keep their eyes open and on you .
They either don't look you in the eye for too long, or they do much longer than usual.
They touch their face and mouth a lot, and most liars can't control it . It is a reflexive reaction.
Liars tend to get defensive . If you ask an innocent question like, "where did it happen again?" they may get angry or irritated.
So, take a closer look at their body language to get the idea of . Lying will make them uneasy and it'll come out in their body language.
